Cappuccino

 

Cappuccino is special beverage from Italia which is made from espresso and milk. Cappuccino usually defined as 1/3 espresso, 1/3 hot milk, 1/3 milk shake. Other definition said 1/3 espresso and 2/3 mikrofoam. Cappuccino different with Latte Macchiato, consist of milk and a little foam. “Dry Cappuccino consist lower milk”.

Besides good espresso, the most important to make Cappuccino is texture and milk temperature. If Barista trained well, he has to heating milk for Cappuccino and create “microfoam” with entering soft air foams to milk. These thing makes milk very soft and sweet.
